Kellie has spent 20 years in the legal industry handling all aspects of federal and state litigation.She spent 10 years as a legal consultant working for the Department of Defense (DOD), assisting in defending the Department of the Navy (civilian litigation division) in large class action Title VII (employment discrimination) litigation, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), Environmental Differential Pay cases, and CERLA ("Superfund") litigation. She has experience in appellant cases and has assisted in writing briefs for the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. While with the DOD, Kellie was granted Top Secret Security Clearance.She also was a contractor for Robert S. Muller, AUSA (Current FBI Director), when he was United States Attorney in San Francisco, CA, assisting with high profile criminal prosecutions including the first federal death penalty case for the Northern District of California. These positions required Kellie to travel extensively to California and Washington DC. She became an expert in developing and implementing high-tech litigation support tools used in preparation and trial including image enabled web-based databases, computer simulations, exhibits and real time transcripts long before these tools were the "norm" for industry.
Seeking a less stressful environment in Ross' successful business, Kellie started working with Ross in 2007. Though they had both vowed that they would never work together, to their surprise, Kellie's attention to detail and Ross' vision of the larger picture were traits that actually complimented each other.Kellie is the Vice President/Chief Operations Officer. Among her current duties, are to manage all commercial real estate for the firm and to oversee all operations of FriePDC.
