Wendy comes to Frie PDC after serving as an administrative assistant and client care manager with one of the top teams in the greater Austin area. She is responsible for marketing and client coordination for all residential real estate listings for FriePDC.She is a licensed Realtor for Capital City Sotheby’s International Realty. Graduating Cum Laude from Texas Christian University with a BS in Environmental Science, her knowledge and expertise seasoned from living in Texas for forty years stems from her various experiences spanning real estate, law, environmental issues, and sales. Mother to two children, she has been married for 30 years to her wonderful husband who has a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree from Texas A&M. She and her husband share a concern for the environment and a love for nature. She recently earned her “Certified Home Marketing Specialist” designation so she can better serve her clients listings. Wendy excels in superb client service.
