Mr. Michael Trojan earned his Bachelor Degree (Geology) and Master’s Degree (Geochemistry) from Texas A&M University in 1982 and 1984, respectively.He is a certified Professional Geologist/Hydrogeologist in Texas and has Phase I and II ESA qualifications consistent with the Federal “All Appropriate Inquiries” (AAI) Rules and ASTM E 1527-05.
Mr. Trojan worked for approximately 16 years as an environmental consultant for three reputable firms, and conducted hundreds of multi-media environmental projects for land developers, law firms, banks, large industries, oil and gas companies, municipalities, and state and federal agencies.Additionally, Mr. Trojan has been involved in numerous water supply and quality projects for Texas municipalities, water utilities districts, and private developers.In many instances, Mr. Trojan served in a technical support role on environmental litigation cases across the country, including on some of the nation’s high-profile cases. Since 1994, Mr. Trojan has performed a wide range of environmental projects in the Central Texas region, such as comprehensive property due diligence, geologic/environmental “clearance” and permitting for land development projects, plan writing, stormwater runoff control plans and installation of controls, routine regulatory compliance tasks (inspections and audits), and mitigation.
