Rodney Lubojasky earned a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Texas State University-San Marcos.He is a registered Civil Engineer in both Texas and California with broad knowledge and experience in the municipal engineering and land development process.His participation on projects at all levels including acquisition due diligence, entitlement and engineering planning, engineering design, project management, budget preparation and control, agency coordination and compliance, and construction support.Rodney has managed the entitlement and engineering design tasks on large master-planned residential communities and smaller commercial site developments.He has provided engineering design and management support to municipal agencies on major CIP projects and internal right-of-way management and engineering plan review tasks.Rodney’s diverse experience and knowledge of the needs in both the public and private sector uniquely qualify him to bring success to your projects at any level.
Brad Tatum is a graduate of LouisianaTech University in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Civil Engineer. Brad has designed in Texas, California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico for a variety of sectors including multi-family, commercial, single-family, and government. From the monorail system on the Las Vegas strip to the award winning master-planned community of Steiner Ranch in Austin, Texas, Brad has been involved in a wide range of highly regarded projects. He has an in-depth knowledge of local entities, as well as experience on a national level with clients such as Walmart, Lowes, and Target. Designing in both the public and private sector,Brad provides a broadrange of resources and experience to any project.
