Todd joins FriePDC as Director of Real Estate Development and Chief Financial Officer for the firm. Todd is the owner and President of Stadler Custom Homes in Bee Cave, an award winning custom home builder for the last 13 years. Additionally, Todd has been involved in many of his own commercial real estate development projects from conception, financing and project management to eventual sale. Todd brings his many years of experience with the Central Texas real estate development market and oversees Real Estate development projects for the firm.
