Stephen Wilkinson is a graduate of Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in Environmental Design and a Masters degree in Urban & Regional Planning.  Steve has over 33 years experience in public and private sector planning.  He was Director of Planning and Development for the City of San Angelo and a principal in the private planning firm of Stephen H. Wilkinson and Associates.  He held many management positions with the City of Austin retiring as Manager of Development Review and Permitting.
