FriePDC is serving as Land Development Project Manager in developing a 160,000 square foot regional shopping center at the southeast corner of IH-35 and SH 130 in Georgetown.FriePDC services include:
· Development Assessment;
· Site Feasibility Analysis;
· Market Analysis;
· Conceptual Site Plan Design;
· Coordination with Surveyors, Appraisers, Engineers, Biologists, Landscape Architects and Construction Managers;
· Water/Sewer Utility Negotiations with the City of Georgetown; and
· Successfully Appealed Williamson Central Appraisal District and Reduced Taxes by 25%.
