FriePDC completed a development assessment and conceptual master plan design for this 440 acre mixed use development overlooking the Palo Duro Canyon near Amarillo.The Palo Duro Canyon Estates master plan includes a hotel resort and conference center, condominiums, numerous restaurants, regional shopping center, a private gated residential community with 18-hole golf course and a neighborhood shopping center.
