Madrone Canyon Estates Subdivision is 33 estate size lot subdivision nestled in the heart of Lakeway, capturing the splendor of the Lakeway Canyon lands. Walk along the scenic Madrone Canyon creek side hike and bike trail that meanders through the subdivision and connects to the World of Tennis, Lakeway Swim and Skate Center, Lake Travis and the Serene Hills Elementary. The subdivision lots were designed by FriePDC to capture the views – Lake Travis, Hill Country and Madrone Canyon. FriePDC served as Land Development Project Manager from raw land acquisition to legally recorded subdivision. FriePDC services included:
