ABOUT LTCAP
LTCAP was founded by Ross Frie to develop a professional referral network and property exchange for all commercial real estate professionals in the greater Lakeway - Bee Cave - Four Points - Steiner Ranch - Briarcliff - Spicewood area. The group meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 11:30 - 1:00 p.m (See meeting schedule below). LTCAP includes realtors, developers,builders, property owners, investors, lenders, mortgage brokers, public offcials, attorneys, land planners, architects, engineers and title companies all interested in high quality real estate development in the greater Lake Travis Area.
