The Jester Estates amended plat in the City of Austin
was completed to reduce impervious cover restriction
to allow the homeowners to build a backyard swimming
pool.  FriePDC services included:


· Development Assessment;

· Subdivision Design;

· Coordination of Surveyors;

· Homeowners Association
  Approval; and

· City of Austin Amended
  Plat Approval.
