The Public comment period for the Castroville Horizons Master Plan begins March 4, 2009 and ends April 3, 2009. You may obtain copies of the plan on this web site and they will be available at City Hall and the Castroville Public Library. Please take the time to review the plan and tell us what you think. Comments can be submitted from this web page using the form below. You can also submit comments on the plan to the Castroville Horizons email address:

FriePDC will assemble all comments and submit them to the Master Plan Task Force for possible revision of the plan contents before the first Public Hearing at the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 7:00 pm.
