FriePDC is serving as Real Estate Developer in completing the Briarcliff Town Center project from raw land through completed buildings (“cradle to grave”) on the mixed use commercial complex to include a 17,000 sf retail center, 29,000 sf office/warehouse and a six-bay car wash located at the main entrance to the City of Briarcliff.  FriePDC services include:
