Frie Planning & Development Concepts, LLC (FriePDC) is an Austin-based professional land planning, engineering and real estate development services firm. After 16 years of city planning/city management experience throughout Texas, Mr. Ross Frie, AICP founded and became President of FriePDC in 2002. The firm assists land owners and real estate developers in facilitating real estate development projects move through the governmental approval processes in a variety of municipalities and other governmental agencies. FriePDC also currently assists cities/counties/states in developing comprehensive plans, ordinances, regulations and policies to manage growth in Texas and/or assist the agencies in operating more efficiently.
