FriePDC represented this Cedar Park property owner during negotiations to acquire right-of-way in an eminent domain procedure to acquire land for a 72” Brushy Creek Regional Water Authority waterline from Lake Travis to supply Cedar Park, Leander and Round Rock and the expansion of New Hope Road within the City of Cedar Park.
