The firm is based in Austin, Texas. It was formed in 2002 by Ross Frie, AICP, to help streamline and expedite the real estate development process so both the public and private sectors can improve their position and complete development and city projects gaining public trust.
Frie Planning & Development Concepts, LLC provides private sector real estate development project management, subdivision/site plan design, surveying, engineering,development assessments, site feasibilty studies and due dilligence/land entitlement/development services. Frie PDC also assists public sector agencies in all planning, engineering and development activities.
